Patrick (Pat) Jackson Noble is a seasoned management and planning Executive with more than 30 years of successful experience in planning, managing and implementing program and policy initiatives for both public and private sector clients. She is the founder and CEO of P. J. Nobleand Associates, Inc., which was started in 1987 and incorporated in 1996. Ms. Noble hasextensive knowledge and experience in stakeholder communications and public engagementstrategies and has navigated clients through major program initiatives in the areas ofhealthcare, transportation, infrastructure development, highway safety, housing, public policy,
strategic planning, and master planning. She created, developed, managed, led, and
implemented a public health initiative in collaboration with Palmetto Health Hospital system, which reached out to more than 10,000 women over a ten-year period to expose them to the prevention, risks, dangers, and treatment options of heart disease. Ms. Noble has been extremely active in her community and has served on numerous local boards and commissions, including the United Way Board of Directors, the Columbia Urban League, the Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Board of Directors, the Columbia Historic Society Board and the National Board of Directors and NationalFoundation Board of Jack & Jill of America, Inc.
Ms. Noble has a BA Degree in Sociology from Hampton University in Hampton, VA, and an MCP (Master in City Planning) Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in
Cambridge, MA. She has also completed further study at MIT in real estate development and matriculated for two summers in an Intensive Summer Studies Program at Harvard University.
Ms. Noble is married, and she and her husband have four adult children.
